First of all, please tell me what your role at Frey + Cie group is.

In my role as Head of the Electrical Staff, I design new models together with my colleagues. I look for innovative solutions and thus ensure a market-oriented offer. In doing so, I address various topics such as transformation, sustainability and other new issues. I accompany change processes, maintain contacts with the outside world, conduct negotiations, represent Frey + Cie Group interests in various bodies and work in various committees. I prepare advice, analyses and recommendations for action for line managers that can be used beneficially to complete tasks or assignments more efficiently.

Tell us something about the Frey + Cie Group. What exactly do you do?

The Frey + Cie Group combines independent and specialised companies strategically and operationally into one unit. The balanced mix between individual responsibility and teamwork strengthens the regionally anchored company as well as the entire group.

We implement and maintain modern building technology. Steady and healthy growth, in terms of quality and quantity, secures our position in a challenging market.

What problem(s) existed at Frey + Cie group before you started working with Digital Republic?

There were no problems, we were looking for a solution regarding another strategic partnership with a provider so that we could expand our service offering in an agile, fast and above all simple way.
