Seems like an awesome company! We had lots of trouble with Sunrise in the past couple of... days. The network was unstable and Sunrise support was of no help.We switched to DR (their service runs on the Sunrise infrastructure) and naturally experienced the same issues. Opened a ticket with DR, got a call early the next day:- super friendly supporter (even spoke Swiss German, which was a welcome change - with Sunrise, I only ever got German speaking support)- after the call, DR support got in touch with Sunrise and within a couple of hours, DR informed me what the issue was and that it should now be resolved. I believe the response even came from company management.Thank you!read more
