After receiving your SIM card, you can select number porting after your contract ends during online activation. We will then cancel your contract with your old provider and notify you as soon as you can use your new Digital Republic SIM. All options at a glance
With our options, you can tailor your Digital Republic subscription to your needs. So you don’t pay for something you don’t need and stay as free as possible.
Number porting
You don’t necessarily have to create a new phone number if you want your mobile subscription with Digital Republic. With every SIM activation, you have the option of having your existing phone number ported to Digital Republic. We’ll even take care of canceling the contract with your old provider for you. At no additional cost.
Roaming
With our roaming packages, you are also well covered abroad. All Digital Republic roaming packages are valid for a whole year and can be activated directly via the customer portal. The mobile subscription Flat Mobile already includes 2 GB per month in the EU/USA zone.

Voice Option
With Flat Mobile, you already have unlimited calls and text messages within Switzerland included. If you have opted for a data SIM such as Flat 10 and still want to make calls or send text messages, the Voice Option is the perfect solution. With the Voice Option, you benefit from unlimited calls and text messages throughout Switzerland for an extra charge of + CHF 8 per month.
eSIM
All Digital Republic tariffs are also available as an eSIM. The advantage of the eSIM is that you don’t have to wait for a physical SIM card to be sent and you can easily switch between different eSIMs on your device.
Watch SIM
With the Watch SIM, you can share your Digital Republic mobile subscription with your Apple or Samsung Galaxy Watch. You can be reached via your usual phone number on your smartwatch even without a cell phone and can leave your phone at home.

Yes. With Flat Mobile or an activated voice option, you can use unlimited calls and text messages in Switzerland. Incoming calls and text messages are only possible with a data subscription.
Yes. You can take your existing phone number with you. Please note that this is only possible with a new SIM card. You can find out exactly how number porting works here.
You can easily pay for your subscription with TWINT, your credit card (Maqqstercard, Visa) or PostFinance by entering your preferred payment method in the customer portal.
Yes. The Flat Mobile cell phone subscription already includes 2 GB of roaming (EU/USA) per month. You can book additional roaming packages for different zones at any time in the customer portal. You can find the current tariffs here: Tariffs
As soon as you have received your SIM card, you can create a customer account on connect.digitalrepublic.ch and activate the SIM card. From the day of activation, you can use and test our offer for 30 days free of charge. After that, you can decide for yourself whether you want to continue using the subscription. There are no additional costs for you.
We don’t have a minimum contract term or notice period. You can easily disable the automatic renewal for each SIM card individually at any time in the customer portal. The subscription will then expire at the end of the paid period. There will be no costs.
All our subscriptions run on the Sunrise network.
