This allows you to test Flat Home for 30 days. If the advertised speed isn’t met, simply return the router and you’ll get your money back.

Flat Home routers are borrowed devices. We’ll send you the router along with the SIM card so you can get started right away. If you cancel your subscription, we’ll send you a return label so you can send the router back.

All Digital Republic plans specify the respective maximum speed. Due to the technical nature of mobile networks, the actual speed can be affected by numerous factors, particularly the load on the local cell tower and signal reception inside the building. That’s why we’ve included a satisfaction guarantee. This lets you test your Flat Home plan for 30 days. If it’s not right for you, simply send the router back and get your money back—no questions asked.

Once you’ve activated your Flat Home, you’ll have 30 days to test it thoroughly. If you don’t get the performance you expect during this time, you can cancel your subscription. In that case, we’ll send you a return label so you can send the router and SIM card back to us.
