Internet at home, with no technician appointment and no cable clutter. With Flat Home 5G, you get your complete package in one box: router and SIM card, ready to plug in. Your internet runs over the 5G mobile network — so even if you move, you don’t need to worry about a new connection. 

It’s that simple 

1. You order Flat Home 5G as a complete package, including instructions, delivered to your home. 
2. You activate the SIM card in the customer portal and insert it into the router. 
3. You plug the router into a power outlet — and start surfing.

Contract terms 

Flat Home 5G works like a classic home internet plan: you receive a loan router and a SIM card, with a minimum contract term of 12 months. From the 11th month onward, you can pause or cancel your plan on a monthly basis. If you cancel, we’ll send you a return label — the router and SIM card simply go back to us.

Wi-Fi 6 standard (802.11ax) 

The Deco X50-5G supports the current Wi-Fi 6 standard. That means higher speeds and more capacity, even when many devices are connected at once. 

Guest access 

Set up a separate guest network in just a few steps. This way, visitors can browse safely without needing to know your Wi-Fi password. 

QoS (Quality of Service) 

With QoS, you can reserve bandwidth for certain devices or applications. Important connections — such as a video call — stay stable this way, even if large files are being downloaded in the background at the same time. 

Multi-User MIMO (MU-MIMO) 

The router sends data to multiple devices at the same time instead of one after another. The result: faster downloads and interruption-free streaming, even when several devices are active at once.
