Digital Republic Awarded Best B2B Mobile Provider 2023!
This year, the Swiss Institute for Quality Testing (SIQT) scrutinized and evaluated B2B offerings from a wide range of sectors. More than 500,000 decision-makers’ assessments of a total of 1,142 companies from 94 sectors were received. Particularly pleasing for us as a relatively small provider: It was enough for 1st place this year. This makes Digital Republic the best B2B mobile provider in Switzerland in the ranking.
Triple Victory in All Scores
Three sub-scores were tested: “Customer satisfaction”, “Customer service” and “Price/performance”. In all three scores, Digital Republic achieved the highest score this year for the “mobile provider” sector!
The assessment was based on a survey of decision-makers from a wide range of industries. Only people with a professional role in middle or top management took part. The ranking took into account companies for which at least 50 assessments were submitted.
The questionnaire was rated on a scale from 1 (catastrophic) to 10 (excellent). The final scores were then calculated from the sum of all valid ratings divided by the number of valid votes.
Digital Republic achieved the highest score in the “B2B mobile provider” category with the following scores:
Customer satisfaction: 8.30
Customer service: 8.34
Price/performance: 8.18
