Pay with TWINT
Use TWINT for Your Digital Republic Subscription Now
Only a QR scan is needed for the payment to be completed. In the present age of digital payment systems, paying has become faster and less complicated. This is also what we claim for our subscriptions, as we stand for exactly these characteristics. That’s why we are now offering TWINT as a payment method for recurring payments.
Why TWINT?
The eSIM or SIM card is activated in no time and the suitable speed selected. However, having to deposit a credit card is not considered convenient by many Digital Republic customers. Repeatedly, we have received requests for an alternative to the credit card or Post Finance card. Some of you don’t have a credit card or simply don’t want to deposit it online.
With the launch of TWINT as a means of payment, we are providing a solution. One-time payments, such as when ordering a SIM card in our Shop have been possible via TWINT for a long time. What’s new is that we are now offering you the option of using TWINT as a means of payment in your customer account and also use it for recurring debits. This way, you can pay your subscription as easily as you are used to from the subscription management.
How Does It Work?
TWINT works like any other payment method. Log in to the customer portal and open the navigation on the top right by clicking on the three horizontal stripes, then click on “Account”. Then click on the “Means of payment” tab and select the “Change” link. Then you can select TWINT as your new payment method and complete the setup.
Now the amount for your Digital Republic subscription is debited automatically every month. In the TWINT app, you have full transparency over all debits. If you change your mind, you can switch your payment method at any time.
If you have any questions about TWINT as a payment method, you can find more information about the new option in the support portal.
