Employee Subscriptions With Digital Republic

Simple, Flexible and Scalable

If you want to be an attractive employer in 2024, you will often offer your employees certain benefits. Increasingly, these benefits are also cell phone subscriptions, which are either fully or partially paid for by the company. Employees are also increasingly receiving business numbers for their daily work in the form of their own SIM card. The provision and administration of these subscriptions should be as simple as possible for companies. We offer this option out of the box at Digital Republic.

Simple Self-Administration via the Customer Portal

Anyone who manages their employees’ cell phone subscriptions does not want to be confronted with a great deal of effort. The Digital Republic customer portal makes SIM management as simple and transparent as possible.

All SIM cards can be activated independently in the customer portal and given a name. Changes to the tariff can also be made with just a few clicks and the easy to read list display means you always have an overview of which SIM cards are active, paused or deactivated.

All invoices can also be viewed directly and downloaded as a PDF if required.

Free Contracts for Maximum Flexibility

The Digital Republic tariffs have always been characterized by their flexibility. We do not have minimum contract terms or notice periods. The tariff model is designed so that you can flexibly adjust your subscriptions at any time. This makes it easy to choose a tariff to suit your needs.

If a SIM card is no longer needed, it can be deactivated directly in the customer portal with just a few clicks and reactivated when needed again. This means that adjustments can also be made at short notice and neither the company nor the employees have to worry about any deadlines.

If you are satisfied with the service and know that the subscriptions will definitely be in use for a year at a time, you can also book each tariff as an annual package. This means you only pay once for the whole year and don’t have to worry about monthly bills.

A Customer Service That Lives up to Its Name

Despite all the simplicity and flexibility, problems can of course arise with any technical solution. However, with our Support Heroes you have a super-friendly and competent team at your side to help you with all kinds of issues.

Support will also take care of changes of holder for you, for example if an employee leaves the company and would like to keep the subscription. All that is required is a written confirmation from both parties.

Flat Mobile: The Subscription Including Roaming for CHF 18

The data volume in Switzerland is unlimited for all Digital Republic tariffs. We have created Flat Mobile so that you don’t always have to book a roaming package for short stays abroad.

The subscription includes unlimited 5G data volume as well as calls and text messages in Switzerland plus 2 GB roaming in the EU/USA zone per month. If you book the subscription as an annual package, you will receive the entire roaming volume for the whole year at once. The 24 GB can be used throughout the year, giving you additional flexibility if, for example, you are only abroad once a year but for a longer period of time.
