Choose between a mobile annual subscription (all unlimited in Switzerland and 12 GB per month as well as 1200 min. roaming per year) for only CHF 12.50 per month and a pure data annual subscription (Switzerland) for your tablet, smartphone or mobile hotspot for only CHF 6.66 per month.

The price is valid for one year. After that, you can continue your subscription at the regular price or cancel it.

We were able to convince you in the free trial phase and you would like to benefit from the annual subscription deal? Cool, then you have to order a new SIM card for the annual subscription and deactivate the test SIM card in your customer portal. Please note that you cannot transfer the phone number and already purchased services of the test SIM card to the new annual subscription.

If you want to stay flexible, you can continue to use the same SIM card at the regular rate after the trial period. You can upgrade or downgrade the speed or deactivate the SIM card every month.

Want to take your number with you?
No problem! Simply select the number porting option by the end of your contract when you register your SIM card and we will take care of canceling your plan with your old provider. We will notify you as soon as your number has been ported and you can use the Digital Republic SIM card.

With the Flat 10, you can surf the internet on your smartphone or tablet in Switzerland with no limits and easily stream YouTube, Netflix or whatever you want in HD quality. You can also receive calls and SMS with the data subscription. With the Flat 10, you can achieve an internet speed of max. 10/5 Mbit/s (5G-capable). Various roaming packages are available for use abroad.

Flat 10 is purely a data subscription. Outgoing calls and SMS are not possible. You can only take your existing number with you if you activate the voice option (unlimited calls and SMS) for CHF 8 per month. In this case, we recommend our mobile subscription Flat Mobile.

Good mobile provider for me. Works almost immediately with esim. I could cancel any time, no Secret fees. Of course not everything is perfect, in the mountains I am losing reception quite often, sometimes also in the city for a few minutes, but speed is great, reliable and best pro customer condition that I found in Switzerland (other operators are terrible)

I’m in Switzerland for the next couple of years and have installed an eSIM on my otherwise Canadian iPhone. Sad to say that Telus was AWOL helping get it all set up. Meanwhile, Digital Republic was outstanding. I was dealing with a Chat window from Canada with no response after 24 hours…with Digital Republic, their Chat window gave me precise answers in English literally one second after I had finished writing my questions. Added to this amazing customer support, the cellular plan is fantastic: I have unlimited data and calls in Switzerland, plus 100 minutes of free calls to Canada every month for $30 CAD.

Is it normal to kinda love a telecommunications provider? Everything from first signing up online for a sim card to then getting wifi for the flat, to requesting a new sim card with the same number after my phone was stolen, or upgrading to get more EU roaming credits if I used up all of mine – everything has been so effortless and pleasant, and so super quick. Plus, affordable. Digital Republic is amazing in every regard, everything is 10/10.

With an annual subscription, you receive the purchased tariff for 1 year at preferential conditions. You pay for the annual subscription in advance and then have one year without any further bills (excluding roaming and value-added services). At the end of the year, you can choose whether the subscription should be converted into a monthly subscription at regular prices or whether you want to deactivate it.

After the year has expired, the regular terms and prices according to our price list apply. At this point, you can continue using your subscription as an annual subscription, convert it to a monthly subscription, or pause it.

Yes, you can take your existing number with you. You can find out exactly how number porting works here.

The prerequisite for this is that you choose the Flat Mobile or select the Voice option for the other Flat tariffs:

  • With the annual data subscription, you must also purchase the voice tariff for CHF 88/year. Alternatively, you can choose the Mobile subscription, which already includes the voice option in the price.
  • If you choose a regular data subscription that runs on a monthly basis, you must activate the voice tariff on a monthly basis for CHF 8.

Number porting only does not work with a data-only tariff.

For technical reasons, it is not possible to port your Digital Republic phone number to a new SIM card. If you would like to benefit from the discounted annual offers, you must order a new SIM card with a new phone number.

Yes, you can also benefit from the offers as an existing customer. However, there are the following restrictions:

  • Free test SIM: If you are already a customer with us, you cannot order another free test SIM. However, you can buy a monthly card in the shop.
  • Number porting: For technical reasons, it is not possible to port your existing Digital Republic number to a new SIM card. So if you want to benefit from the discounted annual subscriptions, you will receive a new number. However, you can of course port your number from another provider to us and benefit from the offers.

You can easily pay for your subscription with your credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Amex), TWINT or PostFinance.

With the annual subscription, you pay the amount in advance and then have peace of mind from monthly bills (excluding roaming and value-added services).

The regular monthly subscription is charged monthly.

No – with us, activation and number porting are free of charge. There are no other additional costs. You only pay the subscription costs.

Roaming and value-added services are an exception. However, you must activate these manually in the customer portal to avoid any cost surprises. You can find all the information here.

Yes, the data volume is unlimited for all products (excl. roaming).

As soon as you have received your SIM card, you can register in our customer portal. You will need an ID document and about five minutes. Once you have registered, we will activate your SIM card automatically and you will receive an e-mail as soon as everything is ready. We explain how you can take your existing phone number with you here.

If you are not satisfied with your annual subscription, you can claim your money back within the first 30 days. To do this, open a ticket in our support portal with your account information and your request for a refund.

With a monthly subscription, the first month is free – so if you don’t like it, you can simply deactivate the subscription before the free month expires.

Yes, all Digital Republic SIM cards can also be used abroad. With the Mobile subscription, you have a total of 60 GB roaming for one year. With the other data subscriptions, you must purchase a roaming package. All roaming data packages are valid for 365 days. You can find out how to purchase a roaming package here.

Sure. But to benefit from the neon offer, you must first order a physical SIM card and register it. You can then convert the SIM card into an eSIM in the customer portal.
