Help Having recently relocated to Switzerland, I encountered certain difficulties in getting phone service established here. The details of these difficulties aren’t important. What is important was being able to speak promptly with people in Digital Republic’s service team who gave me timely and effective help. Danke vielmals.
Me and my family have been using DR for years now, also everyone that comes visit us is using or have been using DR. Best provider in Switzerland by far. No minimal contract, no product pushing, no problems and is reliable everywhere.
I’ve been switching between usual 3 operators within 5 years and now I use Digital Republic mobile (runs over Sunrise network) since almost a year now. Man, conditions/price ratio looked almost impossible, support is really helpful and almost instantly reachable. And no top today they’ve announced x2 increase(!) of roaming traffic allowance. I don’t know how are they financially compete, but this is such a relief on super conservative CH market. Applause and thanks to you, guys.
Great service for a flat rate. And they’ve just increased the roaming allowance for free! Previously I was using it for my visiting relatives, but now I’ve started to use it also for my kids, as the main mobile phone and internet provider.

Good mobile provider for me. Works almost immediately with esim. I could cancel any time, no Secret fees. Of course not everything is perfect, in the mountains I am losing reception quite often, sometimes also in the city for a few minutes, but speed is great, reliable and best pro customer condition that I found in Switzerland (other operators are terrible)
Very flexible and no commitments options. The Flat Mobile at 18 CHF is really good value and much better than the ‘big’ operators. I use it regularly abroad in EU countries. Management of e-sim is excellent (transfer, re-download). Quick customer service too. It uses Sunrise network, whith overall good quality and coverage.
I am so happy i found this phone company, so far it has been perfect for me! Much cheaper than the other options, and super simple, excellent custumer service, i highly recommend it!
