Do you want to return a product? Or have you received a product that has a defect? We have listed the requirements for a return or exchange below. Our purchased products can only be returned by post.
Satisfaction guarantee for 30 days
Note the following rules so that you can enjoy our satisfaction guarantee.
1. Return period
Our purchased items can generally be returned to us within a period of 30 days, provided that the following conditions are met:
- The item is in perfect condition and has not been opened.
- The return was registered in good time within the 30-day period. (The return must be declared via our support centre, by telephone or in writing).
The return deadlines apply from the date of dispatch. The date of the postmark is decisive for the return.
2. No right of refund
In the following cases, we unfortunately have to refuse to take back the item:
- For damaged items (with the exception of transport damage which has been photographically documented)
- If the original packaging is no longer available.
- If the accessories of the item are not available.
- The article is unclean.
- No damage report within the specified period.
3. Refund Value
If the item can be returned, the following conditions apply:
Unconditional right of return
- The item is in unopened, undamaged original packaging. (Manufacturer’s seal has not been broken)
A return for credit with deduction of a processing fee is possible if
- the original packaging is open but completely undamaged.
- the item is unused and shows no signs of use.
- the operating system has not been registered/installed.
- the accessories supplied are fully present.
- the purchase of the item was made a maximum of 30 days ago.
The processing fee for this form of return is at least 10% of the current daily price (maximum of the purchase price/minimum CHF 10.00) and will be deducted from the credited amount. The credit is determined by our service partner Alltron.
4. Return costs
The postage costs for the return of items are borne by the sender. In certain cases, the return costs are borne by Digital Republic AG:
- On receipt of an item other than that ordered
- In the event of incorrect information in our online shop
- Upon receipt of an item not ordered
- Upon receipt of an incomplete item
DOA – (Dead-On-Arrival) Guarantee for 7 days
If you have received an item from us which has a defect on delivery, you are entitled to our 7-day DOA guarantee.
1. DOA deadline
If the following conditions are met, you have the right to a direct exchange of the item:
- The item is in perfect condition. (No optical defects)
- The defect was reported in good time within the 7-day period. (The return must be registered via our support centre, by telephone or in writing).
The 7-day DOA periods apply from the date of dispatch. The date of the postmark is decisive for the consideration of the DOA guarantee.
2. No DOA guarantee
Unfortunately, we have to refuse a DOA guarantee in the following cases:
- For visually damaged items (with the exception of transport damage which has been photographically documented)
- If the accessories of the item are not available.
- SIM cards and data packages are excluded from the DOA guarantee.
- The article is unclean.
3. DOA guarantee not applicable
If you do not request an exchange of the defective item within the DOA period (new defect within the defined manufacturer’s period, but at least seven days), a credit note can be issued for defective items within the DOA period (maximum invoice amount). After expiry of the DOA period, the credit note will be issued at the current daily price or the price of the successor model or an equivalent product. Furthermore, additional deductions can be made, among other things, for the condition of the device, the completeness of the accessories or the use already had.
