Terms of Contract

The terms and conditions of Flat Home 5G are also very straightforward. Flat Home 5G functions like a traditional home internet subscription. You receive a rental router and a SIM card with a minimum contract term of 12 months. After the 11th month, you can pause or cancel your subscription on a monthly basis. If you cancel your subscription, we will send you a return label and you can simply send the router and SIM card back to us.
