Anyone who often goes on vacation will know the problem: Complicated roaming packages! Depending on the zone, a suitable package must be found and booked, preferably before arriving abroad, so that no high connection costs arise. This can be done more easily and with the new Roaming Cockpit we take most of the hard work out of your hands. Even if you are already abroad, completely free of charge!
Long searches were yesterday!
If you used to search for the desired zone in rate tables only to get the wrong package, you can now breathe a sigh of relief. With the new Roaming Cockpit, you’ll immediately receive suggestions for the most suitable possible packages for the country you’re in. Even without a data package already booked. As soon as you travel to another country, you will receive a link to your personal Roaming Cockpit via SMS. You can call up this link at any time and free of charge, even if you have not booked a roaming package. The cockpit will then show you possible data packages, which you can book immediately with one click.
This is how it works during the vacations:
- upon arrival at your destination, open the link you received via SMS.
- in the called cockpit you decide for one of the displayed packages by clicking on it.
- confirm the booking and you are immediately online.
This is how it works before the vacations:
- open your subscription in the customer portal and then click on “Roaming”
- click on “Add package”
- select your desired roaming package and confirm the booking.
Super-simpel
With the Roaming Cockpit we want to make life a little easier for all users during their vacations. Therefore, we have not only designed a new and super simple cockpit for you, but also reduced the price of our most popular roaming package. In zone 1 (EU/USA) you get 1GB data volume for 10 instead of 15 francs. If the volume is used up, you can of course add a new package via the Cockpit at any time.
