Tell us something about Littlebit Technology AG. What do you do exactly?

We are a specialised distributor and service provider in the field of IT products and offer added value for our reseller partners with our “Solutions & Projects” department. This is also how our complete bundles of gateways/routers with remote management and new 3G/4G connection from DR came into being.

What problem(s) existed at Littlebit Technology AG before you started working with Digital Republic?

Our resellers or their end customers were confronted with the problem that connections of e.g. digital signage installations were associated with high running costs. Despite high costs and inflexible models from well-known providers, management was limited and complicated. Especially with a medium number of installations (20 to 50 locations), our customers also lacked the routine.
