Digital Republic Defends Title in 2024 Telecom Rating – Thanks in Part to Flat Mobile
Press Release
In Switzerland’s largest telecom rating in 2024, Digital Republic is once again at the top of the list. Both private and business customers give Digital Republic top marks in the premier mobile communications category. The provider stands out from the competition in the categories of innovation and price in particular.
Rotkreuz, August 29, 2024 – In the Bilanz Telecom Rating 2024, customers also rate their providers in the five categories: quality, innovation, price, flexibility and support. Digital Republic managed to defend the top two spots it achieved last year in the overall mobile communications rating among both private and business customers.
Innovation and price helped Flat Mobile to victory
The customer review took place about a month after the launch of Flat Mobile, the unlimited mobile subscription with 2 GB of roaming for 18 francs a month – with no minimum contract duration and no promotional offers. Digital Republic was rated even higher than last year in terms of innovation and price. Dimitri Salzgeber, CMO of Digital Republic, explains: “With Flat Mobile, we are proving that a comprehensive mobile subscription for 18 francs is possible – without compromising on quality or the customer experience. This is also reflected in our customers’ ratings. “
Flexibility and customer support make all the difference for business customers
In addition to the attractive price-performance ratio, business customers particularly appreciate the flexibility and excellent customer support offered by Digital Republic. The option to cancel or pause subscriptions at any time, as well as the competent and personal support, set Digital Republic apart from the competition.
