Digital Republic is once again at the top of the podium in Switzerland’s biggest telecoms rating in 2024. Both private and business customers gave Digital Republic top marks in the supreme discipline of mobile communications. The provider clearly stands out from the competition, particularly in the categories of innovation and price.
Rotkreuz, 29 August 2024 – In the Bilanz Telekom Rating 2024, customers once again rate their providers in five categories: Quality, Innovation, Price, Flexibility and Support. Digital Republic succeeded in defending its top two places from last year in the overall mobile communications rating for both private and business customers.
Thanks to innovation and price at Flat Mobile to victory
The customer evaluation took place around one month after the launch of Flat Mobile, the unlimited mobile subscription with 2 GB roaming for CHF 18 per month – with no minimum contract term and no special offers. Digital Republic was rated even higher than last year in terms of innovation and price. Dimitri Salzgeber, CMO of Digital Republic, explains: ‘With Flat Mobile, we are proving that a comprehensive mobile subscription for CHF 18 is possible – without compromising on quality or the customer experience. This is also reflected in the ratings from our customers.’
