Excellent product. I am using the two SIM cards. One for camera connection with FLAT 10... subscription and one for IoT automation with FLAT 0.4. Both works as expected. The possibility to change or stop the subscription is really friendly. For me it is the best mobile internet provider in Switzerland.plus

Thank you very much! Received the ordered SIM card the next day. Everything worked like a... charm including the Bandwidth upgrade. I'm using it with my Velocloud SD-WAN as the second uplink with an outdoor modem - all those Teams an Zoom Meetings are now working without interruptions.If you would have a second provider, i would even cancel my expensive cable contract.plus

I like to optimise things. This provider has thought everything through.1. One can use... the data package it suits him best, 2. switch it off/on without the need to call some service line or written resignation. 3. One can have e-SIM or physical SIM, 4. one can have multiple SIMs turn some of them off, if does not need them for some time. 5. Also for those who like to have voice/sms for unlimited usage, there is a very convenient option which can be turned on/off with one click. 6. There is also a roaming package option. 7. And finally, the price is unbelievably unbeatable across all other operators offers. 8. All of the aforementioned, can be done using the operator portal. 9. Anytime, one write an enquiry, he gets a response within 24 hours. 10. It is too good to be true.plus

Seems like an awesome company! We had lots of trouble with Sunrise in the past couple of... days. The network was unstable and Sunrise support was of no help.We switched to DR (their service runs on the Sunrise infrastructure) and naturally experienced the same issues. Opened a ticket with DR, got a call early the next day:- super friendly supporter (even spoke Swiss German, which was a welcome change - with Sunrise, I only ever got German speaking support)- after the call, DR support got in touch with Sunrise and within a couple of hours, DR informed me what the issue was and that it should now be resolved. I believe the response even came from company management.Thank you!plus
