Tell us about Helion. What are you doing exactly?
We implement projects in the areas of photovoltaics, electricity storage, smart energy, heat pumps and charging stations for electric vehicles. So we offer all solutions for the energy transition from a single source - advice, planning, installation and maintenance are of course part of it. With six main branches - in Solothurn, Kloten, Lucerne, St. Gallen, Yverdon and Rivera - we are represented in all language regions of Switzerland and have regional roots. Helion has already implemented more than 10,000 projects in every dimension.
What problem(s) did Helion have before you started working with Digital Republic?
In order to be able to continuously monitor and visualize the installed systems, we have installed 4G routers on site. Reliable data transmission should result from the SIM cards installed for this purpose. Unfortunately, depending on the installed components, the available data volume was not sufficient and this led to data loss.
How does Digital Republic's offering help you solve these problems? What convinced you?
Thanks to the unlimited SIM cards from Digital Republic, we can now install all the components we want and still create reliable and constant data transmission. This saves us a lot of problems and unnecessary field work and we can install our routers with SIM cards without any worries.

What's next for Helion?
Helion has set itself the goal of actively promoting the new energy world. As energy transition makers, we will continue to work passionately for this. The demand for renewable energy sources is constantly increasing, so we are active in fast-growing markets. Helion is also growing accordingly: in the last year and a half alone we have grown from 250 to 430 employees and the goal by 2026 is 1000 employees.
