The right tariff for your Home & Office connection
Whether at home, in the office, in your holiday flat or on the road - if you want to be equipped with fast internet everywhere, this data subscription is the right one for you. You can connect several devices and use them at the same time and surf at max. 300/150 Mbits.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a monthly and annual subscription?
With Digital Republic's monthly subscription - upgrade, downgrade, cancel anytime. This means you use the subscription as you need it at the time. If you not only want unlimited surfing, but also unlimited calls, you can activate the voice option in your customer portal just as flexibly and spontaneously.
With the annual subscription, you receive the purchased tariff at preferential conditions for 1 year. You pay for the annual subscription in advance and then you don't have to pay any more bills for a year. At the end of the year, you can choose whether the subscription should change to a monthly subscription or whether you want to deactivate it.
How do the Router Bundle offers work?
This is how simple the bundle offer works:
- Order the router with the Flat 300 before 5 p.m. and find it in your letterbox the very next day.
- You can start surfing immediately: The SIM card is registered in the customer portal within 5 minutes.
- The Flat 300 annual subscription starts with the activation of the SIM card. After the 365 days, you can continue surfing with the regular monthly subscription or you can deactivate the SIM card.
- The router is yours, so you can keep it even after the annual subscription expires.
Included in the price is the router and 1 year unlimited internet.If you wish, you can renew your subscription on a monthly basis at the end of the year at the regular rates.
Is the subscription really unlimited?
Yes, the data volume is unlimited (Roaming excluded)
How do I pay for my subscription?
You can easily pay for your subscription with your credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Amex), TWINT or PostFinance.
How do I activate my SIM card?
Once you have received your SIM card, you can register on our customer portal . You will need an identification document and about five minutes of your time. After registration we will automatically activate your SIM card and you will receive an email when everything is ready.
How does the money-back guarantee work?
If you are not satisfied with your monthly subscription you can simply deactivate it. It will then stop running and you will not be charged for any further months.
If you are not satisfied with your router bundle you can claim your money back within the first 30 days. To do so, open a ticket in our support portal with your account information and the request for a refund.

The customer service is really helpful, and resolved my requests much faster than i’ve... expected. They have multiple unlimited data tiers you can pick from and upgrade/downgrade the data speed easily if needed. They also offer sms/calls as a flatrate addition for a fair price, and roaming can be also enabled as an extra option.Only downside was that for roaming support I had to wait for my B-Permit to arrive but this is some regulatory thing as I understood and isn’t relevant for citizens or expats already here.They also post sims really fast, or you can get an esim within minutes from the website.read more

EDIT: see reply, our issue was solved in less than an hour by Digital Republic. Going... back to my initial thought: amazing product, and indeed amazing service!ID check failed with no explanation, SIM was blocked and support is not responding. We are thus unable to access the internet. Will unfortunately consider another option next time we crucially need access to mobile data.However we did make the mistake of using an ID card initially for a country outside EU, probably this situation could have been avoided if we had used the right document initially.read more

I can't believe I pay 10CHF a month for unlimited mobile internet in Switzerland with... reasonable coverage. If I didn't know any better I would say this must be some sort of front for a money laundering business but after using their services for almost a year now I have to say one would need to have really bad delusions to NOT use Digital Republic. I purchased an eSIM card 19hours ago and still waiting for ID validation. All their... support members on the phone are busy\unavailable. Curios to see if they manage to activate this eSIM card during my 7 day stay in Switzerland...Later edit: Support was very helpful. The sim\eSIM works even if ID validation is not yet completed. My problem was generated by Samsung Galaxy S21. I already had one eSIM plan loaded. When scanning the QR code to load the DigitalRepublic eSIM, Samsung gave me this error: eSIM full. Remove an eSIM mobile plan than try again." The eSIM QR code only works once you will have to contact support to active it again.”read more

I have used DR for my child‘s phone and now my own. Kids on sim and my own using an eSim... for data. Connection process was vey smooth and works incredibly well. Only four stars as the roaming package did not work at all in France (on either phone) so will need to look at another solution for roaming.read more

Excellent product. I am using the two SIM cards. One for camera connection with FLAT 10... subscription and one for IoT automation with FLAT 0.4. Both works as expected. I'm using it with my Velocloud SD-WAN as the second uplink with an outdoor modem - all those Teams an Zoom Meetings are now working without interruptions.If you would have a second provider, i would even cancel my expensive cable contract.read more

One can use... the data package it suits him best, 2. switch it off/on without the need to call some service line or written resignation. 3. Seems like an awesome company! We had lots of trouble with Sunrise in the past couple of... days. The network was unstable and Sunrise support was of no help.We switched to DR (their service runs on the Sunrise infrastructure) and naturally experienced the same issues. Opened a ticket with DR, got a call early the next day:- super friendly supporter (even spoke Swiss German, which was a welcome change - with Sunrise, I only ever got German speaking support)- after the call, DR support got in touch with Sunrise and within a couple of hours, DR informed me what the issue was and that it should now be resolved. I believe the response even came from company management.Thank you!read more
